The organization really needs to become more efficient in how they handle different donor reporting requirements (financial and programatic). This work is highly dependent on the tacit expertise of staff, and hard to convey to new staff joining the organization. Examples include: – Checking transactions of subgrantees to address audit costs (currently done by hand) – Reporting against different cost structures to different donors (particularly when multiple donors are funding the same program) – Mapping donor budgets to the actual spending systems PSI manages in program delivery.
