Not sure if this is AI related, but as a global INGO, they are noticing that as funders attempt to steer more resources towards many in-country organizations and partners, those in-country organizations are seeking support to be able to manage the reporting requirements many international donors require of them. Being able to deliver curricula and training would be of value, and developing that training material is resource intensive.
