As a nonprofit dedicated to tackling homelessness, we propose utilizing AI to analyze data on housing trends, economic factors, and at-risk populations to predict and prevent homelessness. Our plan includes collaborating with local governments and social services to access relevant data, developing an AI model to identify patterns and risk factors for homelessness, and creating intervention strategies based on AI predictions. This project’s broader relevance lies in its potential to offer a scalable model for other cities facing similar challenges, revolutionizing the approach to homelessness prevention on a wider scale.
