We need to solve a problem around understanding the implications of relevant bills presented to us to support our internal response functions. We struggle to identify hidden provisions in omnibus legislation, and rely on teams of academic researchers to help us do first drafts of analyses. Being able to streamline some of this through a basic analysis would enable us to focus more strategically on implications and how we respond.
